A blog (short for web log) is a way for you to share experiences you've had with finances that you think others could learn from or even find entertaining. Think of it as submitting a story to a newspaper. Other users can comment on your blog entries.

Learn to live within your means - even if you have to borrow money to do so. Say What?
What do you do when you are in debt? Keep spending because we all must "learn to live within our means even if we need to borrow money to do so." Say what? Last week it was reported that the federal deficit hit $174.6 billion - and that was just in October. The lesson? Don't take your cues from the government when looking to manage your household budgets. Cut up the credit cards. Open a savings account. Learn to live within your means - without borrowing to do so.

debt management plans
Submitted by gwane (not verified) on Wed, 2010-01-27 00:50.Anyone that is having debt troubles might do well to find some debt management plans that could work for them. Debt is a monster that can get out of control. Often, this involves finding a debt counselor who will come up with the plan with you, and your creditors will also appreciate your efforts to get debt relief and repair credit for yourself. It will just make you problematic again if you will end up borrowing another money just to pay for your debt.
